Please do not go to this practice !!!! Dr Valis is the only good person in there. We are a family of 4, we have made appointments over 6 months in advance as they only have 1 unprofessional Hygienist, she is horrible. They cancelled 2 of our 4 appointments 2 days before and she was supposed to call us and rebook hmmm still waiting since June. They are not professional and frankly have no idea what is going on. Lynn who is supposed to be helping has no idea who is who and never updates anything. My adult son was told he was a no call no show and that is ABSOLUTELY FALSE !!! They cancelled 2 appointments not us....... my daughter had to take my son's appointment and they charged my insurance though they have no clue that she was there instead of my son ????? please avoid this place they are disrespectful and rude !!!!

I always like the people I deal with during visits but I was very disappointed that I wasn’t informed that Dr. Valis was let go months ago and I was given no chance to decide whether I would look elsewhere for another practice if I chose. I have been a longtime patient (25 years or longer)and I feel that should have been at the top of the list of things to do, not saying I would move on but it seems like the right thing to do. I feel someone dropped the ball!!!

I transferred to this location to continue my braces journey, however the scheduling is 2 months out and they canceled my appointment days before and said they'd call or text if a spot opens up. Never did. I asked if I could reschedule and they declined because they're busy with walk-ins? I'm sitting at 4 months of no progress. I try calling and nobody picks up. My wiring has broke and it hurts. The previous two locations, Aurora and Plainfield, I already had bad experiences with the doctor and scheduling. This honestly sucks. I don't trust Dental Works anymore.

People work there was so polit and professional. Little distance from my home but it’s worth it to have nice and professional people around me to do required jobs. I will see them again and again for my dental needs.

The staff at Dental Works is great. I am very sensitive to pain, I communicated this once. The team is attentive and each visit has been pain free.
